Research Interests
The evolution of plant breeding systems, especially the evolution of dioecy and selfing; pollination biology, including the evolution of insect and wind pollination in a phylogenetic context; conservation and restoration biology, especially in the Hawaiian Islands

Ecology, Evolution; California habitats (majors, non-majors); Scientific writing (undergraduate, graduate level); Broadening participation in STEM of women and underrepresented groups
