Mon 5/16/05 7:33 PM - T17 (Tia): The first upload of our journal is complete.
Sat 5/21/05 11:52 AM - Dr. B. Schulz: Hi: I like the variety of questions you considered. You have selected an interesting question to explore. Have you decided on what concentration of salt to use with your plants? How will you determine the concentration of the salt water? Have you thought about how often you will need to water the plants and when you will start with the salt water? How old will the seedlings be when the salt treatment is started, or will you begin the germination process with salt water? I will watch your progress with interest. Good luck.
Mon 5/30/05 4:33 PM - T17 (Tia): The second upload of our journal, with our analysis and conclusion, is complete.
Tue 5/31/2005 8:48 AM - Dr. J. Archibald: Nice experiment. You can see a very clear difference between the results from your two treatments. Do you have any thoughts or ideas on why the freshwater treatment was so much better for the growth of your peas than the saltwater treatment?
6/1/05 2:15 PM - T2 Response to Dr. Schulz (Tia) : Hy Dr. B. Schulz, We decided that the concentrarion of salt would be 1tsp of salt in one cup of water everyday from the first day on. To make the salt the only variable that would change, we watered the freshwater peas in 1 cup of water everyday.
Tues 6/6/05 7:49 PM - T17 (Caci): The upload of our graph is complete.
