The Isabel Cookson Paleobotanical Award Presented by the Paleobotanical Section, B.S.A. 2012 The Isabel Cookson Paleobotanical Award recognizes the best paper presented at the annual meetings of the Paleobotanical Section by a student or recent Ph.D. The award for 2012 is presented to : Ashley Klymiuk University of Kansas, Advisor, Dr. Thomas Taylor for her presentation of the paper “Anamorphic fungi from the Princeton Chert: new insights into paleomicrobial diversity" Co-authors: Thomas Taylor and Michael Krings History of the award and previous winners.
