Several items of business to make you aware of before the meetings begin
on August 13:

1) I am currently putting together the agenda for the business
meeting. If you have any items that you would like to have included,
please let me know at james_mickle@ncsu.edu.

2) The Paleobotanical Section talks can be accessed at: http://www.2005.botanyconference.org/engine/search/index.php?func=program&society=8#results

3) Thirty minutes have been alloted for for informal talks. This
translates to two 15 minutes presentations, although there can be more
presentations if they are shorter. If you would like to give an
informal presentation, please contact me at james_mickle@ncsu.edu.

4) Please don't forget to bring items for the auction!

I will be sending an e-mail closer to the time of the meetings with a
business meeting agenda and section financial statement in preparation
for the section busines meeting.
