We had one nominee for the award. The committee thought that the application did not look strong enough. No award given this year. Next year's committee should try to solicit more applicants and perhaps an outline of what is needed on an application/nomination should be provided on-line. e.g., full c.v. ==nomination letter, several support letters and any other info.
